I work at Tim Hortons, a coffie chain in Canada. My boss has this idea that all her employies when they are not at work sit at home next to the phone in uniform waiting for her to call to ask them to come in to work to cover for some one who called in sick, or something of that sort. She does not get that we have a life outside of work.
